นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้ (“นโยบาย”) จัดทำขึ้นโดย บริษัท เอไอทีเอส จำกัด (AAPICO ITS Co., Ltd.) (ต่อไปนี้เรียกว่า “บริษัท”) เพื่อแจ้งให้ผู้ใช้งานระบบหรือแอปพลิเคชันแผนที่ของบริษัท ภายใต้ชื่อ “POWERMAP” (“บริการ”) ทราบถึงวิธีการที่บริษัทเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") is issued by AAPICO ITS Co., Ltd. (the "Company") to inform users of the Company's map system or application known as "POWERMAP" (the "Service") about how the Company collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal data.

The Company highly values the protection of your personal data. 2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม (Data We Collect)

เมื่อท่านเข้าใช้งานบริการ POWERMAP เราอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลดังต่อไปนี้:

• ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้: ชื่อ อีเมล หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสมัครและเข้าสู่ระบบ
• ข้อมูลตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง (Location Data): พิกัดตำแหน่ง ข้อมูล GPS หรือข้อมูลเส้นทาง เมื่อท่านใช้งานฟังก์ชันที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแผนที่และการนำทาง (การเข้าถึงข้อมูลตำแหน่งที่ตั้งจะขึ้นอยู่กับการอนุญาตของท่านผ่านระบบปฏิบัติการของอุปกรณ์)
• ข้อมูลการใช้งาน (Usage Data): ประวัติการค้นหาสถานที่ การเรียกใช้งาน API หมายเลข IP ประเภทอุปกรณ์ และข้อมูลทางเทคนิคอื่นๆ ที่เกิดจากการเข้าถึงบริการ

When you use the POWERMAP Service, we may collect the following data:

• Account Data: Name, email, phone number, and data related to registration and login.
• Location Data: Coordinates, GPS data, or routing data when using map and navigation functions (Access to location data depends on your permission via the device's operating system).
• Usage Data: Search history, API Calls, IP Address, device type, and other technical data generated from accessing the Service.

3. วัตถุประสงค์ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล (Purposes of Data Collection)

เรานำข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไปใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้:
